At Howell Family Court Support, I provide practical, compassionate support to individuals representing themselves in Family Court. Whether you need help completing paperwork, preparing for a hearing, or understanding the court process, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
Please note: I provide McKenzie Friend and procedural support services. I am not a solicitor or barrister and do not undertake reserved legal activities.

Ongoing Support
£85 per hour
Flexible support throughout your case, including telephone consultations, email support, document reviews, and guidance with the court process.

Guidance completing your divorce application, checking your paperwork, and explaining each stage of the divorce process.
Child Arrangements (C100) Application
From £250
Support completing your C100 application, organising supporting information, and helping you understand what to expect throughout the proceedings.

McKenzie Friend Court Support
Half Day (up to 4 hours) – £250

Where appropriate, I can attend Family Court with you as your McKenzie Friend to provide practical support throughout your hearing.
This includes:

✔ Quiet guidance during the hearing
✔ Organising court papers
✔ Taking notes
✔ Support before and after your hearing
Please note: Permission for a McKenzie Friend to speak on your behalf is entirely at the discretion of the judge.

Travel & Additional Charges
Travel: 55p per mile
Travel Time: £25 per hour
Urgent work requested within 48 hours may incur an additional charge.
Payment
Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
Invoices should be paid within 7 days.
Flexible payment arrangements may be available by prior agreement.
